Wellness Worldwide SA is a Swiss company pioneering in online evidence-based mental health solutions which increase the productivity, engagement, and wellbeing of your workforce. We provide your employees with programs that include therapies delivered by licensed professionals, training sessions as well as self-led and self-care tools. We also provide direct access to private therapies and coaches.

What are the services you provide?

We provide two different services based on neuroscience psychology and self-development. Our first approach is the programs that include online or face-to-face therapy, training, assessments, self-care and self-led tools via our dashboard. Our second approach is private therapy with coaches and licensed psychologists as well as self-led tools via our dashboard.

Are the therapists licensed?

Therapists at Wellness Worldwide are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited. They have been qualified and certified and successfully completed the necessary education, exams, training, and practice, and they have all been interviewed.

How will I communicate with my therapist?

You will connect with your therapist through video conferencing, face to face, messages, and live chatting. You can use different ways at different times based on your needs, availability, and convenience.

How is my privacy protected?

We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We have built state-of-the-art technology, operations, and infrastructure with the goal of protecting your privacy and safeguarding the information you provide. However, here are some things that might be helpful for you to know:

•All the messages between you and your therapist are secured and encrypted by banking-grade 256-bit encryption
•Our browsing encryption system (SSL) follows modern best practices.
•Our databases are encrypted and scrambled so they essentially become useless in the unlikely event that they are stolen or inappropriately used.

Can I stay anonymous?

When you sign up you’ll have the option to choose a nickname and a personal email so your experience remains completely anonymous, we do not ask you for your full name or contact information.

What happens if my therapist doesn’t suit me?

You can modify your therapist at any time. Just contact us and we’ll match you with another therapist.

Is online therapy really effective?

Many studies demonstrate that online therapy can be effective at treating many symptoms and problems such as anxiety, depression and trauma.

Are Wellness Worldwide programs covered by insurance?

Yes, depending on the country you live in.

Is Wellness worldwide covered by EAP?

Yes, we are covered by EAP depending on your company and country of residence.

Is the payment system secure?

Our payment system is up to date with leading industry standards. All personal information is maintained and secured by a national payment processor. We never store any personal financial information.

We offer you the flexibility to connect with your patients via text messaging, video sessions, or face-to-face therapy. This means that you have the choice and flexibility to process and engage on your own schedule. You will have access to your own customized dashboard where you can track and assess patients’ needs, performance, and much more.
